The EKO Line
wood gasification
boiler:

|
EKO Line
boilers provide a convenient, safe and
environmentally friendly way to heat your home and
domestic hot water with wood. EKO boilers assure the
independence and self-reliance that heating with wood
provides.
Because the boilers use wood gasification combustion,
they give unusually high overall heating efficiency.
They use substantially less wood than conventional
boilers and outdoor water stoves with no visible smoke
when fully operating.
EKO boilers burn so clean, they are safer
(virtually no risk of a chimney fire) and result in
cleaner air for everyone. They also help to
substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions. EKO
Line boilers enable you to increase the warm
security of your home in a safe, environmentally
responsible way. |
Why Burn Wood?
-
Wood is a renewable
source of fuel.
-
Wood is readily
available.
-
It is easy to
effectively store wood.
-
Wood is environmentally
friendly.
-
Wood is an economical
source of fuel.
-
EKO Line gasifiers
efficiently burn wood.

Wood makes a
great source of fuel because it is renewable and readily
available. This source of energy will never become
depleted and can be stored and preserved without losing
its capacity to provide energy. When wood is stored the
humidity is reduced and its heating value is increased.
In order to achieve optimum moisture content it is
recommended that you obtain wood fuel in the Spring.
EKO Line gasification
boilers use wood energy with three times as much
efficiency than traditional wood boilers. There is also
a very low level of smoke and other emissions making our
wood gasification boiler very earth friendly.
Ear Corn Burning: The EKO
Line boiler can also be used to burn dried ear corn
which provides an excellent fuel. You will receive
amazing results while using less fuel than other boilers
on the market. EKO Line boilers are truly biomass
boilers! |

EKO Line boilers are
equipped with RK 2001 R4E enabling:
- Interaction with
circulating pump
- Interaction with
room temperature sensor, installed in the room and
connected with the boiler regulator by two-strand
wire.
- Modulation of fan
rotation
- Boiler output
adapting to actual weather conditions.
- Interaction with
EUROSTER room thermostat.
Each boiler is able to
work without room temperature sensor as well.
Basing information about
boiler assembly:
- Boiler placement -
boiler can be placed in the heating room, basement,
or in an outside wood storage building. there should
be enough space to accommodate fuel storage for the
whole heating season.
- Boiler start-up
rules - each boiler should be connected to the
heating system of which the heating capacity equals
that of the boiler output.
